Our Warranty

We offer a hassle-free, straightforward 18 month warranty on our products which is provided alongside your statutory rights. Your warranty must be made official by registering your warranty on our official warranty registration page. The warranty will not apply unless it is registered and we cannot accept any warranty claim if the warranty is not registered through our official page. Only one warranty can be provided per customer, per product and we will need to confirm your submitted proof of purchase before actioning any warranty claim. In the event that the product in question is opened and sold by a third party, the existing warranty shall be considered "expired" and no further warranty will thenceforth be provided for that product.

Register Your Warranty

The Warranty Period

The warranty shall be considered active from the date of delivery of the product in question- not withstanding the time between receiving the delivery of the product and the time of the warranty registration. Your warranty will last no longer than 18 months after the date of the delivery unless an official Senelux warranty extension has been purchased or otherwise provided and can, without delay, be produced in an unaltered and date-stamped manner. Any repairs or replacements to the product in question during the warranty period will not result in an extension or alteration to the prior agreed warranty terms.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty provided completely covers the product in the event of a defect in material, manufacturing or workmanship of the product in question. During this 18 month warranty period, Senelux will attempt to repair or replace the product in question. During which time, we will reasonably request that the product is returned to our facilities for the purpose of testing, repair and investigation. Should our facilities be unable to carry out a successful repair despite receiving the returned product, we will swiftly issue a replacement product of the same model as the defective product. We cannot provide a Warranty service outside of main land Great Britain.

Commercial Use

Senelux reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if there are reasonable grounds to assume that, without express, written permission from Senelux Ltd or person/persons acting on behalf of Senelux Ltd- a Senelux product is used for the commercial purposes of advertising, unauthorised/colloquial resale or any other unauthorised, commercial use of our products.

Voided Warranty

Senelux reserves the right to refuse service of a warranty under the following conditions:

1. Accidental damage or intentional damage inflicted upon the product in question.

2. A failure to comply with operational instructions of a product that are clearly outlined within a product's instruction manual which, immediately or later, causes a significant damage to said product.

3. The product in question is operated by a person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.

4. Superficial wear and tear such as staining or marking, etc.

5. A failure by the user to effectively clean and reasonably maintain said product

Our Statement

Senelux’s sole liability under or in connection with the Warranty is as set out in this warranty card and Senelux shall not be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business, or any special, indirect or consequential damage that arises in respect of the product or its use, whether in accordance with the user's manual or otherwise.

The Warranty will be immediately and automatically voided if any alterations are made to the product, non-genuine components are fitted in or to the productor if the product is repaired by a third party that has not been approved by Senelux.

Senelux reserves the right to refuse to honour any Warranty claim in respect of any products that are returned to Senelux dirty, contaminated or in any other condition that Senelux reasonably considers may pose a risk to its personnel.

Senelux may contact you to request further information in order to complete a repair under warranty or deliver the repaired product back to you. In the event that you do not respond to Senelux's reasonable efforts to contact you within 30 days, Senelux may consider the product to be abandoned and reserves the right to safely dispose of the product.

In the event that your product is considered to be in an unsafe and unrepairable condition, Senelux will return it to you without its mains power lead (if applicable) for the protection of your safety.
