Our Delivery Standards
Mainland UK delivery options
All Senelux products (excluding spares) are available for Next Working Day delivery if you order before 5pm Monday to Friday to locations across mainland UK, unless the product is out of stock or only available on pre-order.
At checkout you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to either Next Working Day Morning delivery or Saturday delivery. These delivery options come at an extra cost which will be added at checkout. These delivery options are not available for every product - see the Shipping tab on the product page for the delivery options available for the specific product.
Our couriers
Our deliveries are made by DPD who provide our customers with a fast and reliable service. If a mobile number was provided at checkout, on the morning of delivery you will receive a text message from DPD with an hour’s delivery time slot and a link to track the driver delivering your parcel.
Delivery to work, a friend or a collection point?
If you are unable to accept delivery of your parcel at home due to work or other commitments, enter an alternative delivery address at checkout for example a work address, a friend’s address or a neighbour’s address.
Due to the value of our products unfortunately the option to leave the parcel in a safe place is not possible, however you can choose to have your parcel taken to a local DPD shop for collection. This can only be done once you have received your delivery information from DPD on the morning of delivery.
Delivery of spare parts
Most spare parts are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Post – for specific information visit the Shipping tab on the product page. Tracking for these items will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery of larger products
Delivery of commercial dehumidifiers (those over 30kgs) are delivered via a palletised service to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We will contact you if we require any further regarding the delivery.
Deliveries over water
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Wight will be sent on Next Working Day Delivery using DPD however they may take a little long to get to you. Orders are generally received within 2-3 working days. There is a surcharge for delivery of all products over water (excluding spare parts) which will be added at checkout.

How do I register my warranty?
You can register you warranty quickly and easily by clicking the link above in the Get Started section. Our warranty covers an 18 month period starting from the date of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept Klarna, Clearpay, Card Transaction, Amazon Pay & Google Pay. We aim to make our website as cosy as your home- easy and straightforward.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders before 3pm are dispatched on the same day, ensuring that you'll have your order swiftly and without delay. Orders made past 3pm will be dispatched first thing the following morning.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
